Are you an atheist who celebrates Christmas?

I am. I love the gaudy colors, the old traditional music, the incredible scents of cookies baking, the idea of sharing gifts, all the sights and sounds. Admittedly all the wrong reasons but ask me if I care?

I don’t know. Christmas turned into a Christian holiday but I’m not sure how or when that happened. Like you said, Christmas is about giving and also sharing so I agree with rosepink.

@SimplyTracie So do I. I think anything that is centered in loving and is life- affirming is a good thing, especially needed now with so much turmoil and hatred in the world.
