Anyone have a good or bad experience with a "refurbished" laptop?

Is it as risky as buying a used car?

Good question, yes and no. Manufacturers Life span of a laptop is 5 years, a car 10 years Maybe 15 or more. Batteries on both won't last nearly as long as they tell you.

@Diepere you are right about the batteries...plus, when they say you can get 3 hours on a charge...that is also BS! Thank you
