What quality in a person really makes you dislike them the most?

Narcissism, generally extreme selfishness, close-mindedness, racism, lack of empathy... There are quite a few, really, hard to settle on which negative attribute bothers me most.

@Diepere That's a textbook description of circular logic, quite a tight circle too. What if you're wrong->Why?->Because you could be wrong->Why?->Because you could be wrong.

All of these attributes are well described in the English lexicon, there's not a lot of room for personal bias in their description. If a person portrays themselves as something they are not then it's up to them to correct it. And they very well may not be able to and simply need to admit their fault.
