As a former manager for a large state institution, I had to study the art of good decision making, it requires a lot of skill, most importantly, deductive reasoning, looking at the question at hand objectively a good sense of fairness and integrity. I feel this skill once developed made me a much better and productive manager.

@Coyotedave611 what if you have to make an inference?
@oneperson As I said, a conclusion of inference would be solved through deductive reasoning, also taking the "emotional element out of it if there is one and looking at the question objectively. Hope the answer your question.
