I was just discussing this topic the other day. As long as we can turn in all our pennies and exchange it for other currency. Money adds up and I wouldn't want to lose any "penny" of it.
Other than that, things would need to be priced in a way that you wouldn't owe anything between 5's and 10's in change.

Governments are conning people out of money left right and centre.
Many folk haven't had a pay rise in TEN years !!
