Who is worth a million in prizes?

My closest friends here. They know who they are. One is certainly you!
I don't know about the who. There is buried treasure all over the world. Many have clues. But no one has found them yet.
Lotteries produce winners, but I have heard many are still unhappy of those who have won. Seems money doesn't guarantee happiness.
I don't know of any prizes that high offered for people who are missing. Maybe for fugitives...
