I really would rather not. But I lost around 8 pounds, likely all muscle, from being sick for a week. Shit takes so much sweat and pain to build, then just atrophies after a week or two of not doing anything and undereating. Fucking bulllllshit.

So. Gotta bring the pain. Once you start making excuses, there's no end. It's like my friend used to say. You work out every. Single. Day. It is just something you have to do. Like brushing your teeth. The only exceptions being illness and injuries. There are no excuses, otherwise.

I really would rather not. I'm not looking forward to the pain. But. I must. I won't allow myself to bitch out, because I know it's something I have to do for both my physical and mental health.
