Would you want to have emotions or no emotions?

I want to remove every ounce of emotion within me, so I can desensitize myself. That would never happen because I get too emotional about everything.

I know people who felt numb like that, no emotions. They cut themselves to feel something, they thought that feeling pain was better than feeling nothing at all.
