Has anyone explored a haunted place?

Me and a couple of friends explored an abandoned mental asylum which had a history of cruel experiments on people some have died and the place is known to be haunted, we did hear some bizzare sounds while we were there, I was going to go inside on my own because the others wussed out but my friend ended up crying because I went to go in so I didn’t lol.
