SW is actually really good. Keeps my mind occupied.
Otherwise, video games. Some of them are good; others aren't. Fast paced ones like first person competitive shooters. No time to relax. Civ 3 is good; soooo much to do. Skyrim, to a lesser extent.
Exercise is also a good one. Nothing but pain to focus on and pushing hard. Then the following endorphins and exhaustion make distraction unnecessary.
