Have you ever made a decision to try and save yourself but it only tore at your soul?

Hmm. No but I can see how it could happen. If I really “saved” myself now it would which is why I haven’t. One really needs to weigh pros and cons. There are some souls more important to us than our own. I’ve been fortunate to always have the choice thus far.
