Do you "bag" your turkey?

No I prefer to brine and baste. I love the crispy skin and rich flavor it gives the bird.

Never heard of bagging a turkey.... how does that work? You mean marinating over night?

Nope I don't do turkey . I like chicken a lot better and I'm more of a dark meat 🍗 person
