Do you think some people are born with sociopathic tendencies or do you think they gain these traits throughout their life ??

I believe that some have some kind of inborn need to harm others. My sister is sadistic and my father was too. He grew up before and during the Depression but so did every one else of that era and he didn't have such an unusual life, he had good parenting. I think there is a genetic link but people still have choices about if they act on their urges.
