Why dont people care that their rude comment can hurt someone?

It is so rude and emotionless to comment with bad language. I don't think people are that bad in real life how they pretend to be in cyberspace.

Oh but there are some really mean people in real life. I've worked with some and have a sister with a tongue like a knife when she wants to hurt someone....narcissists that don't care about the feelings of others.
