Am i a troll? Someone help me out.

I've been labeled by some as a troll on the basis that i like to post questions that are often controversial and invite debate.

But i don't see how that is trolling. Isn't that what a debate is all about? You can't debate if everyone agrees, right?

Granted the people who call me troll tend to be people with whom i've previously disagreed so i take their criticism with more than a small grain of salt lol.

All the same, i was interested in people's opinion on this.

I guess it would depend on the nature to which you debate a topic. Are you open to others opinions and respectful that they don't change even tho you have given them all the information that contradicts there views?????
Do you try even harder to convince them they are wrong?
Or do you just agree to disagree ?
A lot goes into the answer to this question.
A big one is, do you correct spelling and bash the other persons views.?

@Celine You could be maybe considered a troll then. No disrespect intended.
I used to try to change peoples minds about stuff and after a long , long time of that I realized most people don't want to be corrected they want to be right all the time. I have sense just found myself agreeing to disagree. Not as much fun but hey... what can you do??? LOL
