Sometimes, I wish I could turn off my brain... it seems to get the better of me in some situations.

@SimplyTracie It’s more about the ability to not think deeply... I would like to at times take things for just surface value... I tend to over think most things

@Tryingtofindabalance I don't know if your wife is right but you should stop living inside your head and enjoy her more. Hold her hand and go for long walks to help you keep out whatever is cluttering your mind
