Suicide is not a selfish act 😢

Its not selfish but it leaves lots of broken hearts behind. Ive felt this way multiple times but realise id leave a horrid mess behind me and thats what has stopped me. Its aweful to feel this way and i hope u dig deep and fight these nasty feelings of dispair.

@Deadgirl I understand. Depression is aweful. I know it saps any motivation but can i ask. Have u addressed it in any way? Iam almost 50 and felt this way on and off since i was a young teen. Iam currently going through eye desensitisation therapy and constantly battle to find ways to combat it. Walking/excercising helps alot. If u go down the road of anti depressants be sure to use them short term only because its the root cause of ur depression u need to battle. I sincerely wish u well.
