Why do I let fear control me?

Why should I care what others think of me? Why do I feel like I need a strangers approval?

I was raised to be that way. Perhaps you were too. You have to make changes in baby steps. I have learned that you can't please everyone. You might as well please yourself.

@SweetMae well I think my experiences in life have made me this way but yes baby steps. I just wish I could skip the steps and be better.
