How would you pack your lunch to not to starve if you had to leave your house at 7AM and come back at 11PM and you dont want to buy food???

That is a long day, you may not like my answers - Protein and more protein - hard boiled eggs, cheese, dried sausage, nuts, lara, kind bars and some sort of dried fruit - like apple rings....

@SW-User Lol, I live on the darn things - Another is a cold baked potato - I learned from someone else here on SW is a "resistant starch" so not so fattening and is good for digestion....

@fun4us2b naahh....that would be too easy. I quit all types of eggs, cows milk a year ago and especially potatoes couple of years ago... So, that's a no no. Quitting white flour soon 😁

@SW-User I had to cut all flour, rye and barley 1.5 years ago due to celiacs... quite a challenge...

@fun4us2b well, thank god I don't have that... I just don't want that white flour glue in my intestines anymore...whill only bake sprouted wheat bread myself, period.

@SW-User I agree - it's bad stuff they brought us up on...I feel way better without it, and I think everyone would....
