How do you make your Instagram page private?

I've opened a new account today, and I'm very picky with regards to who I follow/request. In other words, I plan to keep it to a minimum (family, close friends, networks). I don't want any of my posts to become overrated hot shots in the future, nor readily viewed by the wrong types of people (known and unknown to me). So, how do I set my page to private?
