I told a colleague some very sensitive information in confidence

And then it spread around the workplace. My manager has already made it clear she doesn't care and her manager is unlikely to either. What do I do?

Very sorry to hear that... definitely never tell her anything ever again for sure.. unfortunately these instances reveal who you can and can't trust

@SW-User I needed to tell her to be able to go home early. I'm quite an honest person and didn't want to fob her off with a lame excuse. I think my trusting nature let me down in this instance!
