And then it spread around the workplace. My manager has already made it clear she doesn't care and her manager is unlikely to either. What do I do?

@Liquidplasma it's kind of a long term thing, early complications in pregnancy that might culminate in thr miscarriage. She was my only immediate senior at work at the time
