I told a colleague some very sensitive information in confidence
And then it spread around the workplace. My manager has already made it clear she doesn't care and her manager is unlikely to either. What do I do?

@xCoinx that I was potentially miscarrying and needed to go home and prepare for a hospital appointment. Not the sort of thing you tell everyone. She was my immediate senior at the time so I had to tell her.
