I think money itself can't buy it, but its a tool. If you were changing a tire, well you can't change it with the lug wrench alone can you? Money won't buy you a family or a lover but it can buy you a house, a car, pay debts, pay food etc. so that way you have less distractions, less things bringing down, less worries and you will be happier more relaxed and have time to focus on other things. Money isn't evil, it's just a tool.

Happiness is more of a state of being that shouldn't be determined by the amount of wealth you have but in this world it seems to be a requirement. Money is freedom..but sometimes you earn that freedom you need to work 80 hour weeks and never take a vacation then it's not really freedom so it's give and take.

I don't think it can buy happiness, but if I had more it would sure relieve a lot of stress and therefor I'd be happier.

It isn't money that buys happiness. It's the financial security that alleviates anxiety.

I believe money can buy comfort, even some security...but not happiness.
