Who said we were ,there are several reasons the USA thought war was good for the country
It showed our military would fight to the last man no matter how lost the cause ,
It was once said it was good for the economy ,not any longer
and it gave us someone to unite against other then each other
If you were to see what really goes on in our country especially in the larger cities ,you would know Americans have little tolerance at all,,murder and even kids killing each other and suicide is at an all time high,
Even the Church is divided and from one denomination to the next its obvious for people who say they all hear from the same God ,"God told me ",that can't be true either ,and one denomination is not very loving and patient as the good book says loving people should be with each other either
So who was it that told you Americans were tolerant people again ?
