Any suggestions on how to tell a teacher that I cut myself?
I really trust two of them but I'm scared of how either would react. One knows about my previous suicide attempt.

Maybe sit them down, make them promise not to freak out, that you are asking for their help, and you trust them, and once you have that established - show them slowly.
