I spent 31 years of my life in law enforcement and that was beyond the pale. It is almost like there was a past history and a personal grudge. If indeed, he wasn't aware of the supreme court rulings, that is inexcusable too. If she decides to sue, it will be a matter of how many zeroes on the settlement because it is no win for the city.
The idiot made the comment that they couldn't get a warrant because they didn't have probable cause....then why in the hell would they try to collect it?
