My Mom did that crap
Mini skirt ,go go boots ,platinum blond wig
Went into PTA and gave the all hell
it was more funny though when she cut loose on the Church's
One of them my Grandfather had built ,donated the land for it
Mom comes in straight out of Harper Valley and put the fear of God in them all

@rckt148 Platinum blond wig? You mean your mum disguised herself as a man to sing "Harper Valley PTA"? What did God think about that?
rckt148 · 61-69, M
@NankerPhelge no she did not look like a man
Mom had gastric bypass surgery to loose weight ,when she did ,Mom was pretty sharp ,,but she was hell on wheels ,she was no one to make mad
SO people talked about her when she was fat ,even more so when she was skinny
So she put on a wig that was down past her rear ,and a mini skirt ,knee high white boots ,and showed them she could be sharp ,,and all the men in town hit on Mom (and she did used to cheat on Dad ,thats why they talked about her)
But Mom was like me or me like her
You have something to say ,,say it to my face
cause we will come to where you and all your friends are and show everyone what a coward you are ,,
She was no singing ,she was telling all their dirty secrets
She had a past ,but so did they
you know the saying ,"Don't Judge lest you be judged "?
Mom taught them what that scripture means

@rckt148 I think you missed the point in my comment despite me highlighting it to make the obviousness more obvious. You said BLOND wig (as opposed to BLONDE wig). BLOND (with no "e") is MALE and MALE ONLY. BLONDE (with an "e" is FEMALE and FEMALE ONLY. Those two words are NOT gender-neutral and they are NOT interchangeable. How come you didn't realise that was what my comment was getting at?

By the way, what does it mean to "loose weight"? I can only guess it's the opposite of to "tight weight", whatever that means. 🤔

@NankerPhelge Did you get what I meant ?
lose weight OK ,Blonde (when I spell it that way spell checker changes it )
So excuse the hell out of me
I am sure a few red necks at least got it
thanks for the spelling lesson
NankerPhelge · 61-69, M
@rckt148 So, it's your spellchecker that doesn't know the difference between men and women? I didn't think of that. Lol :)

@NankerPhelge Well my dear friend from the UK
I guess you have no clue what a "Red Neck "is
Its people like me who quit school to work hard in the sun to provide for our families rather the pursue a higher education ,a choice I have never regretted .
I spell well enough to be accepted into the hardest branch of service you can join in the USA at 16 yrs old .The United States Coast Guard
I have built Locomotives from the wheels up ,built mansions for some of the richest men in our country ,,and not one time ,was the issue of Blond verses Blonde ever brought up ,so please pardon my ignorance .
Not one time in my life until now ,has that ever been an issue
Maybe in the UK it is ,
But ,the very next time I am in need of knowing such things ,I will consult you .
See thats what I do ,
I pay others to spell for me so I can do the work ,thats my specialty
but thank you very much for pointing out my error
I will do my best to insure it never happens again
Have a great day

@rckt148 It never fails to astound me that people can't tell the difference between "blond" and "blonde" because they are French words and they follow the conventional rules of French grammar. We all do French from age 11 to 13. After that, some carry on with it as an option (which I did) and some don't, but we all have the basic knowledge of it by the time we are 13.

I don't think we are allowed to quit school before we reach 16. After that age, many go to find work while others go on to higher education.

So, you built locomotives, did you? Now that is something that has long been of interest to me. My late father worked on the railway for more than 40 years and so I grew up with trains.
