Do you remember The Harper Valley PTA ?

@bijouxbroussard Did Jeannie C. Riley do any other songs as good as "Harper Valley PTA"? I think she was a one-hit wonder and that's still the only song of hers I've ever heard.

@NankerPhelge That's the only one I know about. But then, I'm not a huge country fan. 🙂

@bijouxbroussard I'm not really a huge country fan either, but I do like certain songs of that genre, and "Harper Valley PTA" is definitely one of them. I first remember hearing it on the radio when I was all of 6 years old and I liked it even then, although it took me another decade or so to find out who sang it. I didn't remember the singer's name when I first heard it, but the song title stuck in my mind.
