Does anyone think Houston will ever really recover to any significant extent after the floodwaters recede? I don't think so. Comments please.

I am in Dallas and their has been an outpouring of love and support from all over the state, I honestly think Houston will be fine. It's the small towns around it that I worry about but we are all working at it! My birthday is coming up and in lieu of gifts i am asking for donations to Texas Disaster relief to go toward many cities as opposed to just Houston.
