What would actually happen if trump actually bombed North Korea?

Personal I think if he did act it would probably be in retaliation to something n. Korea did first, for example attacking Guam, would the USA warn the Koreans first, would it make him a war criminal? Fucking politics if this all kicks off were all fucked anyway, I just wished I'd got a credit card and maxed it first😂
