Negotiation in scheduling is one avenue. Concessional scheduling, slight delays can create illusory acceptable appearances. Of full compliance proofs of requests to affording conflict avoidance litigation control vectors.

Prepare for one or both guests to recognize opportunity to find profit in adversarial posturing. Finesse a tactful resolution with a win win negotiation offer if disaster strikes.

If none of these solutions plausibility holds up, fall back on a customer tier strategy. Preserve the higher valued client.
