It sucks to be lactose intolerant however...

@sighmeupforthat I eat other stuff with dairy but usually stay away from ice cream and regular milk because it can be worse for me.....I treat myself every now n then

They make OTC pills so you won't have the horrible after effects. You can get them at Wal-Mart
