Is human life over rated, over valued or rated accordingly?...brief explanation please of your answer. :-)

Over-rated. There's no real benefit to existing over never having existed. And, existence comes with a whole lot of pain, some garunteed, while pleasure is not garunteed.

But. I wouldn't say over-valued. Under-valued, probably. Once lives exist, they mean something. They're just over-rated.
