@SweetMae @AlmostAnAngel I cry sometimes and feel very sad for her...can you imagine how unhappy a person like that is? Their entire life is nothing but anger, loneliness {I didn't see her for 30 years)and unhappiness.

@Fernie I do know how you feel. Both my parents had were volatile. Now my Dad is 91 and spends most days alone.

@SweetMae Yes, your Dad and my Mother were the same generation and the vast majority of them could never acknowledge the bad things they did and have NO clue why they end up old and alone.

@Fernie I don't visit often. I feel guilty when I don't.

@SweetMae I wish you didn't have guilt. I honestly had nor have now any guilt. They push us away...they cause it all...I'm not the villain and neither are you
