Does anyone else suffer from degenerative disc problems in their back

I am so tired a feeling that compression pain if I sit too long or stand too long it just absolutely stinks

I eventually ruptured 2 disc's. The nerve damage is permanent.

I think once you have had any sort of back injury the damage is permanent with residual nerve compression issues@softspokenman

@violet71 it absolutely sucks.
It's part of my VA disability but that sometimes I think it should be a hundred percent because it makes it where I can't even go to work some days. And I'm not a candidate for surgery because it's not bad enough yet LOL
