Does anyone else suffer from degenerative disc problems in their back

I am so tired a feeling that compression pain if I sit too long or stand too long it just absolutely stinks

I feel your pain. Shattered L2. Rods put in, rods taken out, DDD. Lets not get started on the weather. The pressure it can cause is horrible.

@Newstart77 maybe that's what it is the weather is changing here in the desert we've had a lot of humidity and now I just my back is just absolutely fucking killing me. Excuse my language. Hi I'm Mike I live in Las Vegas Nevada and I'm retired military and this back shit is just absolutely driving me bonkers. I'm sure a lot of it comes from working on fighter airplanes my entire career of 20 years. It sucks

I am in Alabama and the humidity here is awful. Someone mentioned the laser spine institute. I have heard good things from them. Maybe they can help. Also Thank you for your service.
