What do you mean you're "not allowed" to eat lunch and dinner? That's ridiculous. Are you ill? Or morbidly obese? That seems very strange. :-(

@Zoranna not ill. IDK if I'm on the obese side or not. but probably yes.
I'm 165cm and 60kg I think.

@Dandiris Doesn't matter that you're Asian, your weight is ideal for your height. Do you have an eating disorder of some sort? Don't compare yourself to others. Eat lunch and dinner, just small portions.

@Dandiris that is still no reason for your parents to starve you.... In doing so they will actually make your body store fat not burn it. A healthier diet with more exercise is a much better option,especially at your age

@Dandiris I'm sorry, I think that's ridiculous. You are definitely NOT fat, weighing 60kg at 165cm. :-( In any case, if you stop eating your body will go into "starvation mode" and you won't lose weight just muscle.
