I've told this guy no multiple times, and i've told him I do not like him
To which he pretended he suddenly didn't even like me, and now he's back to trying again. What to do when "no" doesn't help? I'm so baffled.

Well we are living in a pussy world. There was a time when brother would simply kick his teeth out and EVERYONE would understand. END OF STORY. Today everyone got to be soooooooo correct and polite, well lady take a baseball bat to him.
