Well, the porn-focused part of me would say massive lesbian orgies and wars waged solely by lingerie catfights.
In all seriousness, this actually isn't nearly as bad a scenario as all women dying off, because if sperm banks are still in operation the human race could be repopulated near-indefinitely, even if all the resulting babies are girls, as well...and even if the sperm runs out I have heard that it could be possible for lesbian couples to produce babies which are 100% biologically theirs (basically, one egg gets fertilized by another egg which is spun into a sperm...somehow).

@Fangirlsarah1996 Yeah, it's not even cloning, though that's also a viable option. Essentially, rather than requiring genetic material from a sperm to create a fertilized embryo (sperm entering egg, genetic material combining), they can essentially create a package from another woman's genetic material which fulfills the same requirement (egg-based package enters egg, genetic material combines). The same as a man and a woman, but two women.

Take it with a grain of salt, but the Daily Mail has an article you can look up called "How women could make babies without men."
@BigBelliot Turns out a woman can produce a baby on her own...thats news to me!!
