Duela Dent, Harley Quinn, livewire, Spiral, Jinx, Martian Manhunter, Beast, Nightcrawler, Beast Boy, Lobo, Raven, Gambit.

As for non DC and Marvel I would have to go with: Tank girl, Hellboy, The Spirit, Witchblade and Spawn.
