Feeling awkward

So feeling a bit embarrassed, went to a party with a bunch of friends and after a while a few of us played a drinking game, long story short I had to let one of my friends finish her drink off me in the form of body shots, yeah so she was drinking it out of my belly button (good thing I'm not hairy I guess) anyway, at the time it didn't seem like a big deal it was just my stomach and I'm single. But a lot of my friends seem to remember it and some of the female ones are acting kind of strange saying things like "I bet it was fun" or "did it feel good". I just feel a little awkward i guess.
