if you could bring a social convention or set of behaviors from Ancient Rome to be made a part of the modern world

What would it/they be?

Bisexuality. The Romans were so much more open minded when it came to sexuality and gender roles.
@SW-User yes, they really were. Miles ahead of us.

Ancient romans used to crush the testicles of male rapists...so that's men covered...what to do with female rapists?

You know that only because you were born in Rome..you were not a citizen

I dunno. What did they have ?
@SW-User all sorts of things. Gladiators. Slavery of pretty much anyone. Bathhouse s*x. Bacchanal. The tradition of elders initiating youths into the mysteries of love. Their legionaires could, would, and did brutalize pretty much anyone...lots of stuff.

Gladiator games.
Sometimes the idea of reclining on couches while eating lavish meals with friends appeals to me. 🍇
I recall reading an article a long time ago claiming that a reclined posture is the best for eating and having good digestion. I took it as a personal directive.
@FilthyBeast Wow, apparently I was ahead of the curve as a teen ! Who knew ? 😁
@bijouxbroussard of course!
