I calm the feuk down.

no kid'n... this works.
one to one ratio of peppermint oil and lavender oil. keep it in a dark bottle... don't let it get too hot.
when you are riled up, put some right in the center of your collarbone, behind your ears, and on your wrists... just a drop each.
you don't even have to wait... calm comes right away.

note: cinnamon and cedar do the same for men.

I usually have to talk to someone, even if it is myself, until I have talked my aggravation out ,and that sometimes talks a long time...Once in awhile that doesn't work so, I go in my room and have a Daffy Duck tantrum, until I feel better..😊
