Who has any ideas on how to calm my anxiety attack down so I can sleep?

You have been through this before. You know what it is. Controlled breathing, slow it down, breath in slowly, hold for a bit, let it out slowly. repeat it until you start feeling more comfortable. Focus on something relaxing, a picture, a plant, anything that takes your attention of the racing thoughts, Controlling breathing, place the palm of your hand on your upper stomach and feel how it rises and falls and slow it down until you feel comfortable and relax. If after you begin to feel the anxiety starting again place your hand on your stomach again and repeat. Sleep music, down low.
