crazy people (not a question)

Its often said that crazy people don't know there crazy. i believe i am therefore i'm not but if i use that to prove i'm not then i'm trying to disprove i am so therefore i am crazy. if i am crazy then thinking about this will make me crazy. maybe it already has. oh hi there my name's Fred. nice to meet you.
