I Want To Run Away And See The World

We grow up being told school and our future jobs are all that matter, why? Even with completing education people still struggle to find jobs. Sure you could say I learnt to read and write but why was I not told how to handle reality, you know the mortgages, insurance, taxes etc...This is where running away comes in, we actually have the chance to explore and figure out just who we are instead of society telling us. we can be free, that is if we really want to be, isn't that what life was about? as well as becoming closer to other people.

I love your response.its true society does have this opinion.I have travelled a lot with my kids and some people think its mad.I would work hard then use that money to travel.its my hearts passion so i follow it.

it depends on the job...Now if your going to get t a BA in the arts then yes your sleeping on mommy's couch.... if your going to become an engineer your working today

Imagine if there were no jobs, I mean apart from the building but basic living, however we could go and do anything we wanted

Life is awful boring without a purpose ...talk to any of the 95 million people out of work the past 7 years ..I bet they want to go back to work. not only for the money but the feeling of acomplishment
