A rat has been getting into my apartment.

I spotted it on the balcony yesterday skittering around all sus so I tried to take photos of it but it hid. I didn't think it could get in but then I realized it chewed a hole in my screen door and had already been inside once or twice this week at night because I have been leaving the door open. Obviously it was planning another raid until it saw me. This freaked me out and I started looking for signs of poop or chewed food but so far I found nothing. So from now on I'm keeping the door closed and maybe putting a trap out. It couldn't get in again because I closed the door.
