You are not too much to handle.
You are not a burden, and you are certainly not too difficult to love. I know the thoughts in your mind might try to tell you otherwise. I know that sometimes it feels like you’re just too complicated, too broken, or too heavy to be loved. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. The pain you feel, the doubts that fill your mind, those things don’t define you. They don’t get to decide your worth.
But here’s what I want you to remember: your mind isn’t the truth. The pain you're feeling doesn’t define you, and those thoughts, as loud as they are, don’t have the final say in your life.
You are not the negativity that tries to fill your head.
You are strong, even on the days when you feel like you're barely hanging on.
You are worthy, not because of what you do or how you feel in any given moment, but because you exist, and simply existing is enough.
You are not a mistake.
You are not a waste of space.
You are incredible, in ways that are far too vast for your mind to understand right now.
You have a light inside of you, sometimes it might feel small, sometimes it feels like it’s flickering, but it’s there. And that light, no matter how dim it might feel in certain moments, is powerful. It’s a part of you, and it can never be erased.
I know there are moments when you feel like you’re alone, like no one really understands what you’re going through. But I need you to know, you’re not alone in this. You don’t have to go through it by yourself. I see your strength, even on the days when you feel like you have none left. I see your heart, your beauty, your worth. You don’t have to carry all of this alone, not now, not ever.
You are exactly who you’re meant to be.
You are worthy of love, of care, of all the good things life has to offer, even when it doesn’t feel that way.
