Does anyone know anything or have anything to say about Ivybridge?

My sister's husband has got into a wee bit of bother with the HMRC and consequently, has had to adjust accordingly and downscale. I am a bit concerned because I do not know anything about the place.

I don't imagine anyone on here knows where that is. Better looking at community group pages on FB to get an idea of what it's like.
